Laura Lund, Jigme Lhamo, CSE, CPCC practices and teaches at the direct request of the cofounders of Zapchen Somatics: Tony Richardson MD and Julie Henderson, Sanjay Khandro, PhD somatics, author of The Lover Within, who teaches at the direct request of Kundun Gyalwang Drukpa, head of the Drukpa Kargyud lineage, from whom laura received her Tibetan name, and his father, the 38th Vairocana Tulku. Laura is one of the lineage holders of Zapchen Somatics and is a Senior Somatic Educator, Counselor, Coach, Tantrica, and Healer with more than 42 years professional experience.

Laura is a Zapchen therapist in Durham NC, certified as a Senior Somatic Counselor and Educator with Zapchen Somatics, a life coach, healer and bodyworker. she has a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Human Relations. her on-going study of more than 47 years includes: extensive training in Vajrayana Buddhism having spent a month in monastery at Bairo Ling, Kathmandu, more than a year on retreat with Dr. Julie Henderson, as well as on-going training and supervision with Drs. Henderson and Richardson in Zapchen Somatics and psychotherapeutics for three decades. her study also includes Transformational Technologies for Organizations, and the development of coaching as a practice. Laura is an active member of Machodpa Institute International for Somatics. additionally, she has also trained in Energy Breaks Shiatsu and People Know-How life-skills. Laura has studied at length with Steve Lindquist, teacher at the Chicago College of Healing Arts, shaman, bodyworker and gestalt therapist.

Laura is clairsentient. she uses her perception to guide others when requested, and offers divination/readings to clients.
