with conjunctio’s novel approach to bodywork, done in person or at a distance with easy to access tools, you will unwind the patterns that perpetuate discomfort and pain so that you feel as good you can, regardless of circumstances.

somatic education, bodywork and healing are a combination of the passive, restorative, and relaxing qualities of traditional touch therapies and the somatically-based active interventions of Zapchen. with practice over-time and in good company, Zapchen gives you greater awareness as a body and the intelligence and resourcefulness within so that you more fluently and habitually return to ease.

by bringing the clear light of awareness and the warm hands of compassion to the contractions and stress reflexes that pull your body into painful distortions of your natural, vibrant well-being, we unwind the patterns that perpetuate discomfort and pain so that you feel as good you can.

conjunctio bodywork and healing use a combination of traditional therapeutic techniques: cranial-sacral manipulation, fascial release, acupressure, breathwork, and Zapchen Somatics. these techniques are administered yourself or by your partner (in couples practice), or by a conjunctio practitioner.

with conjunctio, you will alter the chemistry that links mind and body through touch, simple movements, breath, and sound so that you:

conjunctio practices in the tradition of Zapchen Somatics, from motion into apparent stillness, principally from Tibetan Vajrayana tantras. this assists us in being at ease so that, moment-to-moment, we perceive energy with more subtle precision deepening well-being, increasing presence, expanding awareness, and becoming wildly more effective.
